Friendly, professional and good quality goods
Can only agree with my predecessors here. Handling does not meet our internal quality standards - the goods themselves in processing do. Advice errors are ironically rolled out on the customer or reparation was missing. What a shame, I would like more of the goods, as they are beautiful in themselves.

Bad advice, complaint was accepted by the manager without a solution proposal. The manager made disparaging remarks to me, an absolute no-go!
