Stupidly I wanted to contact a specialist retailer to remove stains from the handles of my leather bag. I described my problem and still was the only product that was recommended a care product. Asked the staff three times whether the stains really removed. Answer: "Yes, sure. We use that too." After the product - as expected - had absolutely no effect, I wanted to return it and used a cotton swab full of it. Answer: "No way. You used the remedy." I then angrily left the full bottle (the product was not sealed) there and can only advise everyone against buying from this "specialist company".
And I'm sure the next idiot will buy the bottle I paid for. Good deals against bad advice and absolute customer unfriendliness.
