To out great disappointment, after a 2 day trip from Holland, we were informed that our rooms are rented out to someone else. The owner did not even inform us about this via e-mail or phone.
This happened despite the fact that:
1. We gave confirmation of his offer
2. We sent 2 friendly e-mails days in advance in responce to his offer advising him of our arrival date.
We nearly spent New Year without a hotel. A situation full of panic and frustration. Especially with a small child.
During the call the owner informed that this is his right. He did not explain why he did not at least e-mail or call us to inform of the situation.
Nice holiday home and very good host!

Small but nice. Perfect for families with an extremely helpful host. Really highly recommended.
Great atmosphere and easy access from the ski lift and dazz, there are fresh rolls in the morning, unfortunately, only an internet connection
Very nice apartment with a perfect location not far from the Schafberg Bahn valley station and the PME ski rental. Very cozy for a holiday home. Nice and helpful owner. Lovely again.
