I used the service of this salon on October 15. Signed up for a manicure with shellac coating with a preliminary removal of the shellac coating. I really liked the administrator! :) Such a nice girl, met me, offered tea - very friendly. Because I don't speak German, she tried and talked to me in English. The only thing I was misunderstood about it’s when I signed up: I needed the removal of shellac with shellac manicure. But they understood me wrongly: that I needed the removal of shellac with usual manicure. In the end, the master said that she would have time to do everything. And at first I was happy, but then... The master worked on my nails, it was painful, because when processing the nail plate, the master damaged my cuticle… It hurt so much and bled after… it hurts me to think about it now...The cuticle hurt a couple of days after the manicure. I don't think that I'm going back to this salon anymore for that reason... Not because I didn't like the quality of the manicure. But of course I didn't like it. Not neatly on the sides of the nail, look at the photos. The nail plate is not smooth on all fingers. And this is the task of the master: to make the form. From the manicure I liked only the palette of pastel colors (the salon has a large selection) and the fact that despite the shortcomings of the master, the manicure held up well and there were no chips. I hope that in the future I will find my manicurist and will be without cuticle injuries…😔 Also may add that the instagram page is very nice and only by this reason I've chosen this salon in the beginning. Found it by hashtags :)

The best studio in Graz! All very nice and courteous. Price-performance ratio is right. always feel very comfortable. As far as the dates are concerned, you are always flexible.
