Today I had an appointment with Diepold because my 3 month old car needs a software update according to an employee. When I registered for my appointment the next day, nobody knew anything about it, not even that I was promised to take me home. The employee extremely irritated because I described the problems with my car to him, said you don't need to tell me and I won't bring you home either! I asked for my key back and said there are other workshops too! Bad if you are treated like that, because 3 months ago when buying a new car everyone was friendly!

Extremely good service. Other retailers can learn a lot here. He was always very well advised by Mr. Schörkmayer from the first contact. Even when problems arose with the FZG one month after handover, an uncomplicated solution was found here immediately.
