Incredibly upset, disappointed and angry. This is how you can sum up my experience with the dealership's sales team.
About the facts: I discovered a vehicle offered by the Hirschmugl company on the Internet and made an appointment for the next day. I should be there at 3:30 p.m. and bring some time with me so that I can test drive and inspect the car. So far so good and everything is perfect.
So on the day itself, I leave a little earlier in order to be there on time. But then the shock: 15 minutes before I would have arrived at the company (I would have arrived absolutely on time and even a little before the agreed time) I get a call that the company will now sell the car. A person who happened to be inspecting the car 15 minutes before me that day and without registering was awarded the contract. I was only told that I was unlucky, that I should be on my way home again and that the company couldn't reserve a car forever.
My conclusion: absolute cheek! Completely dubious, because I have really already driven a long way and would have been on site 15 minutes later.
I have already bought a few cars from various dealers and am not used to such an approach.
Very friendly and top advice ... Sales and service very customer friendly ... Thank you again 👍
