Very tricky management. They make you pay in advance at the reception /which is a different building!/ and then they take you to the appartment. "Smart" management by advertising and charging panorama, while they give you a appartment with a wall in front of your windows. By the time you go back to the reception they disappear and tell you by phone that let's speak tomorrow, and of course no follow up... In their restaurant they push for cash /despite having card POS terminal as well/ because this way they could avoid tax . -ohne rechnung...- Pitty that the management is so greedy and without any sense of hospitability because the estate itself s new and well located.

The apartments are well equipped,comfortable enough for 4 people.Nice furniture.We were surprised that no-one waited for us when we arrived-at 5.45 pm.-however we informed the hosts.-so we had to walk up on the icy,snowy path to the houses with our luggage.I guess it is unacceptable at such a high priced accommodation as it is.On the day of our departure all our luggages were put down in the snowy,wet ground:(

Only eat in the restaurant. It was the worst ever Austrian ski hutte. Try to find an other one.
