Very unprofessional and rude staff, felt like I was renting a car at a shady rental company. Tried to scare us with a pair of broken ski's to make us buy the extra insurance, said I should have a really nice car to pay of those ski's in case of damage. However, what we came for was very decent. High quality ski's and nice Leki Ski-poles. Would not recommend it and will definitely not come back, especially knowing that there are many other rental shops in close proximity.

Have rented complete ski equipment there for 3 days. Equipment was previously reserved online. Picking up the evening before was not a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good equipment.
