Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with a passport photo of € 20
thrown away for 8 sloppy passport photos I think there are no real photos at Hartlauer's that somehow do it ...
Print it out and that's it No matter how you look, the main thing is to collect money so niiiieeee again
Super nice people, take their time and always try to help. No run-of-the-mill shop where you just get processed, no, the time is taken here for the customer. Top makes writer so 👌👍
There it does not matter what you want as a customer or you would like to get only to hear "it is not about data protection or there is nothing we can do about it!
It would be nice if more customer friendliness could be important!
Very messy with repair orders from mobile phones - a colleague asked after 3 weeks by phone and got the information that it is not yet in the house
The next day it was suddenly there. . .
When I asked by phone, they said that they would have called me and would have sent an SMS - I didn't get anything, or they didn't belong in the SMS and call history - just lied cheekily
