My friend Silvi ,introduced me to this great Hair Styling place in Salzburg "Coiffeur Wenesty", and her owner Marion, about 3 weeks ago. I was very pleased of the super quality service experience I had. I truly give 5*, to the service and professionalism, provided by her owner . Im going back again today before returning to the USA. Taking passport photos in COVID-19 times, unfortunately it had to be done, but thanks to Hartlauer, this was possible. The hygiene regulations were all implemented and still you were served nice and immediately. The seller was emphatic and the photos were taken quickly. The photos were quite good (despite the motif recht). What I find particularly worth mentioning is that there are advertised photo packages, but also a non-advertised standard set and he even offered that. For the fast, competent and nice service it gets 5 stars and I say thank you.

I bought a camera for around 1000 € from this hard-tempered one, which was persuaded by the seller. About 2 months later, I had an auto focus problem. When I drove back to this Hartlauer, I was told that this camera was capable of nothing better. After a long discussion that it worked better earlier and several vulgar expressions from the seller, someone else came from the camera department, but he didn't have much else to show except that I should buy a new lens. When I drove to another, more competent photo and camera store, the problem was resolved within a minute or two and I was told how to fix it myself next time. Free.

Bought a camera for our daughter today. Since hers was broken, we called beforehand whether this, the same, is in stock. Yes, it was in stock. So we just need to pick them up - no advice. A German, rude, gum-chewing, unkempt seller ... 15 euros more expensive than in Saturn ... If it hadn't been for our daughter and the upcoming vacation, I would have left her there immediately .... Extreme!!! rude - never again
