At this point I would like to say a big THANKS to the entire Proschlaf team and in particular to Andreas Malzl. Not only was I given the best advice and support by phone, I also really, very rarely saw such 'excellent customer service, from the first minute to the final conversation. Simply sensational! Although I had already received a new topper, which is made of a different material, but was still too soft for my back, Mr. Do not take malt to look for a solution again. Now, in combination with the new pillow from Proschlaf, sleeping comfort is optimal. Although the bed was a little more expensive to buy, I would always buy the same model again - it is definitely worth every EURO! I highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Malzl and his employees all the best, much success and a myriad of happy and satisfied customers.

The mattress has been individually adjusted to my needs and physiology. If necessary, it will be adapted to my health needs again and again, whereby the extremely reliable and friendly care provided by the institute Proschlaf or its employees deserves the highest praise. The material and the accuracy of fit of the product testify to its excellent quality and the long service guarantee is just another of many positive aspects. I would choose this mattress again and again, because it not only met my expectations, but far exceeded.
