Parts are replaced which cannot be replaced, parts are destroyed and not repaired, verbal agreements are not kept and one way or another one is left behind. It is also embarrassing when a Ford workshop fails to repair a Ford. My Scorpio has been there since the end of June. I'm curious if I can get it back before winter! And we don't want to start with brakes that are not screwed on ..
