I had a water damage on a maple parquet renovated. The renovation company had not received any hard wax oils from Osmo. I called you and immediately drove to the Adelsberger warehouse. The largest warehouse of all the Osmo and other paint items I had seen so far. Really honest and great advice and professional handling. Thanks to the company, I'm happy to find such companies in the Ramingtal !! All the best, I'll be your customer again the next time you need it THANKS

The ordered color was delivered quickly. However, there was transport damage, which I immediately complained about on the day of delivery by email. After no response, I sent another email after four days. Another four days later I asked for clarification again via the contact form. To date (14 days later) I still haven't received a message. Goods are good, service is bad!

Never again !!! Waited three weeks for my order then just canceled. Impudence. Your comment I point back sharply after 3 weeks the order was not even processed and never received an email.

I'm excited! On Wednesday I ran out of oil while painting my WPC decking. Of course annoying and unfortunately no hardware store open (Corona). By searching the net I came across the Adelsberger company by chance and found what I was looking for! Ordered online in the late afternoon and delivered for lunch on Friday. Simply great!
