I cannot review the whole business, because we dealt with Ms Posch, but her services were worse than poor. She basically was tasked with adding a few extras to a standard form that can be downloaded easily on the web and she made it into a big deal, adding charges every step of the way, eventually treating it as something completely different. She was not very responsive, often relying on the office to convey the information and she kept changing the requirements for which documents we needed, sometimes surprising us with a mere day notice. For her "service", which did not extend far beyond the form, she charged more than 5-times the price of the form, adding fees which were completely unnecessary (translator and interpreter). In the end, we might even forgive the overcharge if she provided a complete service. But we still had to almost everything ourselves, she would just 'fill out the standard form' and add a couple of items per our request. The fact that the services of this office are offered to the UN employees, who are not very familiar with Austrian law, seems wrong, because they seem to focus on getting as much money as possible and not helping the clients navigate the law.
