We first tried to get a stylish box lock to replace a broken one from a competing company. The result was a completely unusable lock, which also locked in the wrong direction. Then we drove to the House of Castles. Thanks to the extraordinary expertise and efforts on the part of Mr. Wonderka, we finally got a lock that looked exactly like the old one and which fitted immediately during assembly. With such a service there is simply nothing that can be improved!
