As a former regular customer, I can only say that the boss is an absolute impertinence: extremely disrespectful, completely incompetent and doesn't even master the formal you-word with his customers.
In addition, an invoice is only issued on request, although in Austria there is an obligation to hand over receipts!

When a relative went back to the shop, the boss mentioned promptly made him understand that neither he nor I were still welcome after my (more than appropriate) criticism.
In addition, it was 'threatened' that the phone call in which I had expressed criticism was allegedly recorded and could / will be used against me, so to speak.
Quite unprofessional when you react that way to customer criticism.
