Unfortunately I cannot understand the positive reviews.
Gas boiler had to be serviced because it often had a malfunction. So far so good, the first shock came with the bill: 0.75 man-hours + flat rate for the assembly trolley = approx. € 100 in total for the journey (from Leonding to 4040 Linz, mind you).
Next shock - approx. 1.5 months after the repair, the thermal baths malfunctioned again. At first the heating failed every 2 days, now every few hours. Makes a freezing cold house in winter every day. When contacting the operator, the operator was helpful and polite, but the feedback "the subject is up to the boss" doesn't help if the boss does not respond to the problem and later to provide a cost estimate. In the end we are back at Hoval customer service ... not cheap either, but at least reliable.
Friendly staff both on the phone and the fitter. Fast and competent service. Gladly again!

Clean work, troubleshooting quickly done, part swapped, everything works. I was informed in advance by the company, which costs will come to me and the bill has fit exactly to the offer.
