I signed up for a Daytona 5 years ago in writing with my name and email address. 1 week ago I called Wild and politely asked what it looks like with the watch on it, the lady said what I actually imagined she has my reservation seen but meant that she prefers her customers from Linz because I'm from Vienna I will not get them !! I will now ask Rolex directly why one is discriminated only if a Viennese orders a watch in Linz and waits 5 years! the lady was very prepotent and said I shouldn't call here anymore !! if that's a customer service ... ????
