Unsatisfied; 2 bridal gowns brought: at one are now all layers of organza skirt irregular about 20cm longer, Italian lace is broken, the skirt seams have risen. The other dress of the silk skirt is now dull, possibly ironed wrong? At least they've gotten pretty clean. But if the dress is ruined, bringing me "halfway clean" does not mean much. Were both expensive clothes.

Very competent and good quality
A purple linen dress so washed out that it is to be thrown away, a linen jacket very sloppy ironed, but at least no visible damage because a bright color.
Lost paint although cleaned several times, hems glossy ironed and without

I am very disappointed because I have addressed the recommendations.
It is difficult to understand why a piece of clothing gets so messed up as you can assume
is a Fachbetrieb.Pages of the employees that it is now hald, or may be that a dress looks like then hardly satisfied and the offer of a credit is just ridiculous, because you will safely avoid this operation in the future.
