Very satisfied for 5 years, even difficult items of clothing (feathers) cleaned perfectly. Once a shirt was torn while ironing. I was informed immediately and the current value was replaced.
Hier komme ich seit 1989 her damals noch Peter Szöts. Bin bisher sehr zufrieden und kann die Reinigung Zimmermann nur empfehlen !!!!👍
I wanted to have a mattress cover (140 x 200) cleaned.
I brought the cover to the cleaning department on Monday. A lady took it and I immediately paid the € 47.90. The receipt said that the cover could only be obtained on Monday. I already needed it today, Friday. The clerk assured me that I could pick him up on Friday (“but please only in the afternoon”).
Today, Friday afternoon, I entered the laundry. I put the pick-up slip on the table and asked about my goods. After a few attempts, it was found. Unfortunately, however, the cover was NOT cleaned, since the employee apparently forgot to fill out a slip of paper. I still know which note it should be. I got the money back, but I'm standing there with one
Cover that has not been washed is dirtier than before and also “smells”. So I definitely don't want to sleep on it. 🤨
