Terminvereinbarung war problemlos und relativ zeitnah möglich. Habe den Schlüssel zuvor abgeben können, der Handwerker hat am Termin selbstständig die Wohnung betreten und verlassen (den Schlüssel auch verlässlich anschließend zum vereinbarten Platz gebracht). Die Wartung wurde wie zuvor besprochen und korrekt durchgeführt. Es wurden keinerlei „suspekten“ Zusatzkosten o.Ä. verrechnet. Vollständiges Protokoll und Rechnung wurden ordnungsgemäß zugeschickt. Preis-/Leistung passt auch. Danke - Ich bin zufrieden 👍🏻 Die Firma wird nächstes Jahr wieder beauftragt.

.... I've never experienced that before, don't assemble the agreed goods, then you complain and are also insulted, unbelievable, not to mention the non-compliance with the CORONA rules ...

Catastrophe!!! I have a contract with you, I'll call you because I have a problem with the pressure from the pump and I don't have hot water and it costs 280 €? !!! because they have to drive for half an hour !? Don't waste time and money on it! 🤮
