Not very professional ... because you call the friendly people because of noise at 11 p.m. and instead of the fact that they are happy that the neighbor after the X asked 3 people to turn it quietly, they ring my girlfriend out of bed and discuss loud in the stairwell that every neighbor hears that I called .........
The officer to whom I submitted my request was downright condescending, arrogant and know-it-all and did not even find it worth the effort to write at least a record. With regard to the ways of dealing with citizens, there is clearly a need for massive improvement!

Waited 45 minutes until the waiter came and first cleared the tables, another 20 minutes until he took our order.

Join my previous speaker. We waited 45 minutes and then 32 minutes (second stop with stopwatch).
It was 01:00 clock, waiter clears all the tables, cleans bar / coffee machine, but sees very well, that we want something to drink (service button while bowling pressed). All other trains were not occupied because it was "short" before closing time.
One of the two disco balls dangles all the time because the lead rope has come off (or whatever), after 2 months it is still. I would not want to sit down underneath.
Billiards: Tables are damaged, partially broken cues.
Bowling: Eig. very good, I like, lanes sometimes have a defect that you have to call the staff, but not bad.
Raucherkammerl: Ventilation / circulating air is no.
