Zero = garbage stars 😡😡😡 catastrophe this ambulance !!!! I was waiting with my wife in the ambulance with a lot of blood loss 3 times and 4 hours. She was with 8 hemoglobin and 3 different doctors had sent us home because "everything was fine" (((she was diagnosed with cancer with a 4.8 cm tumor after another examination at another hospital. But that was after she was 3 was sent home by this incompetent 3 doctors because the 3 doctors have no interest and patience. MY WIFE DID NOW !!! 😪
Children's outpatient clinic more than unfriendly and waiting times over 4 hours with new ones. Super hospital !!!
Such an unfriendly KH. After my daughter at the pediatrician and family doctor was not helped (rash all over the body + fever to 39Grad) I was in this KH, was mocked why I'm even there at this time (about 23:30) had to wait over an hour although no one in the waiting room was except me), why I do not go to the pediatrician and and and.
The doctor said I would not take care of my child.
Have the pediatrician Fenistil get drops, it should be 3 times a day 10 drops, as I said that to the doctor in the hospital, she said "I would play with drugs", you can only give this once a day.
In this KH I put no foot in that I swore to myself.
NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I gave birth to my daughter in August 2017 (emergency surgery) after 8 hours of labor because she was reportedly unable to find a heartbeat from my daughter.
And in the discharge letter was cesarean section reason (exhaustion of the woman giving birth) I was shocked.
And about the 4 days I had to stay there I do not even want to start, totally and friendly.
This "bracelet" what the newborn got on hand (what my daughter got on the 3rd day) they tied sooooo tight that her hand became blue, after the doctor did not want to give it down, because she said that is there so that one children are not exchanged, (hello my daughter did not even get it until the third day) I cut it off.
When the night shift doctor came into the room and saw that she did not have this band I told her why, I was shouting soooo.
I asked her then that she should at least not make it so firm and I swear she closed it even harder which I immediately cut off.
Couple of hours later I pressed the red button because I had such severe pain in the place where I was cut, and it was extremely swollen and I still could not go.
The day before the discharge, I also told the doctor that I was hurting and that the place was swollen, he looked at himself and said "it's nothing, you can go home today"
It's been over a year and I still have a pain.
I was operated on although I could have given birth to my child.
The scar looks like a blind man has operated on me and the scar is so big.
I would rather bring Nextes child home alone with my husband than in this KH.
And I was told that after 5-6 years I would have a chance to have a second child myself.
There are a lot of un-uniterresierte doctors who are currently in training and have no experience. In the children's ambulance you have to wait at least 3 hours even if there are not so many patients. After calling, I had to wait an hour with my feverish and crying baby in the exam room and listen to the laughter and chatter all the time. Then finally a lady came in training and could not even answer my questions staring into my eyes and shrugged. She had to go back twice in the room to another doctor where they chatted and had his fun to ask my questions. I had to wait forever until she came back and answered my questions. Unfortunately I had to go there 4 times and every time the same theater. The children and babies wait so long in children's accidents - Ambulance in emergencies is just insane and unacceptable. When I was there last time because of a broken foot from my child where my child was again treated by a very young education doctor who was of course just as knowledgeable as we normal people and has talked me out of nonsense had to wait 4 hours before, though only 5 patients There was one of them was an 18 month baby with a wide open forehead and full blood in the face that had to wait 3 hours. Simply shameful that in the middle of Europe in Austria can give something like that. Since there is no other children's clinic in the vicinity, we unfortunately have no other choice .... because it is only ever worse !!
My birth and my stay in the clinic
I would give 2 1/2 stars
Birth: At 5 my strong contractions started and I was sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and moaned to me now that's not the problem.
The midwives who gave birth to me were very, very, very nice, helpful, gave me a lot of strength, knew me so well !! I didn't find birth by midwives bad.
From the moment I came into the room it went short to 4 !!!! Although there was a maximum of 3
You can survive that too, but I didn't find the care of the midwives or whatever nursing staff in the room to be very pleasant. Maybe 2 out of 8 were friendly.
1) My baby was not dressed I had no strength to stand and put it on !!
For 3 hours she was simply wrapped in a towel !!!
2) Unfortunately I suffered a birth injury that hurt me a lot. I couldn't get up because of the circulatory system.
3) It is my first baby and I just wanted to watch 2-3 times how to change pampers and best put on 1 time I don't know I'm sorry !!!!!!!
Staff annoyed that I could not get it right away!
4) D A S S C H L I M M S T E !!!!
A nurse had heard that I would be released today and came into the room once and said: You are going home today or
could you please clear the box and table that can be cleaned
No problem, of course
Then she asked me when I would be picked up I said my husband is from the night shift in about 1 hour!
After a little over an hour she came back I can't describe her tone
(I packed everything anyway) Baby is lying in bed because it is in such a hurry to take the baby bed with him !!!!!!!
Then she said: Well undddddd can the bed be taken when does the man come ?????
Should I put the baby on my head until my husband comes or how?
Is it really in such a hurry ????????
The tears came to me immediately I felt very depressed because it was not the first time that she was "moaning" at me and somehow as if I just wanted to have me on as quickly as possible.
1 time I said that someone was coming because I had a question getting up was still painful, I just wanted to ask her what that means a diagnosis
She ripped the folder from my hand and I was puked on the bell is for emergencies
Yes please it's an emergency !!!!! What's striking about my baby ???
I have to say unfortunately when I give birth to my 2nd baby I decide to go to another clinic !!
