Unfriendly staff. Limited selection. Terrible opening times. Refuse to take back unopened goods even one day later unless customer pays more for a gift certificate rounded up. I only buy local when possible, but I will never take my money here again.

Heute war mein letzter einkauf beim Lothring in Gmunden!!! ganze personal ist total unfreundlich und können die termine nicht einhalten die Sie selbst vergeben!!! NIE WIEDER LOTHRING!!!

Rarely has it been ripped off like today when I bought a new compressor .... In order to give domestic companies a little help after the difficult time of Corona “don't go on, buy locally”, I decided on a compressor to buy.. Partly empty shelves, missing price tags and an incredible mess were the first impression! You can advise yourself on the Internet while waiting until you are noticed. But everything is not so bad, you look over it in the holiday season for lack of staff!?! Then I had a compressor "turned on" because the product that I would have chosen was still top yesterday when I tasted it and today it sells "nothing clever" and the other model is also in "ACTION"!?!? In terms of price, you can't do anything more because, as I said, the compressor and accessories are in "action"! OK!! Bought!! !!!! During the subsequent visit to the hardware store I found the same compressor for € 60, - and the accessories € 50, - below the price just paid ... € 110, - difference with a purchase price of € 420, - !!!!! I don't say anything if I pay 20-30 euros more to the SME than to the chain, but that's not acceptable !! We're talking about 25% !! I have NEVER complained in public about something like this, but today it was enough for me .... Never, never again !! And the branch in Vöcklabruck: not a bit better .... except for "Sepp, Franz or Hubert" (already familiar faces) enter the shop ... they are greeted immediately and asked what they need ......
