In spring we made the decision to change our outdated concealed fittings. We asked in person at Studio Reisner and received a very friendly welcome. I asked if someone could come to see the fittings so that we could order suitable ones. We were told we just had to send photos. No sooner said than done, the photos were sent. Two weeks later I received a slightly overpriced offer, as one is used to from an installer. This was immediately accepted. The goods were ordered, there were delivery problems, two months later came a bear from the plumber, feeling pretty bad. When he almost fell over the stairs while going up he cursed and threw his tool case through half the house. I gave him a little space, unfortunately his mood did not improve when he saw that the screws of the ordered goods did not fit (fault was the previous owner of the house, who did not install the fittings properly, the problem could not have been prevented, if who had come to see everything). The plumber reassembled the old fittings and removed them again. I will be contacted. I called after two weeks. There is a lot to be done, the right screws have been ordered. After several more calls and 2 past months, another colleague came, very nice, calm and apparently not an amateur in the tool case throwing. He installed the fittings professionally, but the bathtub outlet did not fit. They said I will be contacted. A few days later I got a bill (it was, strangely, there relatively quickly). I called again once. I have been assured that a quick fix is ​​being worked on. That was 2 months ago. All in all, an average Austrian plumber.
