I feel absolutely comfortable in the café or in the Pfister pastry shop. The quality of the homemade cakes / tarts speaks for itself, if you like a good (iced) coffee, you will also find it here in the Saggen district. The café itself is not large, with only a few seats, but this is what makes this café so charming for me, because everyone is still served personally and not as a “number”. For special occasions you can have your cake created according to individual design features. If you are looking for a “hipster café”, you may be at the wrong place. If you are looking for a small café or a pastry shop of outstanding quality paired with a long tradition in the Saggen district, this is the right place for you. First of all I enjoy my coffee there, and if the day should go on athletically, I have my “cake reward” packed for the connection of the activity. In this case, no matter if cake or coffee, everything is also perfect to go.

Until that time, we were happy to be customers at this confectionery! For this reason, the baptismal font of our grandson, s was ordered there. When I picked up, I noticed that a wrong name was written on the cake. When I drew my attention to the lady (presumably the boss), she said she perceived that name as being written down when ordering. (The order was taken by another lady (clerk), the pastry and recorded !! In the course of the conversation, the lady said they were in the bakery also not sure if the name with one or two n will be written There are also names in her family (which unfortunately did not help me in this case) !! For this case she would have had a phone number !!! But now there was a completely different name on the cake. When in need, I suggested to the lady that she quickly put something over her hand. She took a marzipan bear. The name of the baptized child, s was no longer to be seen. But the cake no longer no longer as intended! (Maybe someone else did not take her anymore.) The patisserie's lady then called again and suggested to cover the wrong name with a marzipan plate with the name of the baby. Unfortunately, time did not increase. After the baptism, the grandmother, who paid the cake, after all, just under 88 euros !!, once again talk about the failed thing. But instead of apologizing, we were almost to blame for the matter and on the request of a small compensation was very, very rude a 10 euro bill on the counter to say the least "laid" and said more is not possible we would have already got the bear !! Too bad, the cake was very good from the taste. The behavior of the lady very unprofessional. The 10 euros were probably taken ..... with a simple, friendly apology and a coupon for the trouble, the matter would have been out of the world. So we will visit this pastry neither in Hall nor in Innsbruck again!

We ordered our wedding cake at the pastry shop Pfister and were very satisfied. All our guests wanted to know where the excellent cake was from. That is why we have ordered there again for the baptism of our son. The boss is friendly and the advice is great! We will be back!
