A very competent consultant
Hours miserable if you only have Monday or Tuesday morning time. After a call, no consultant would like to have time earlier. Well hornbach or Nadlinger has stoves. Good answer but the lady today on the phone told me that is not possible for a normal stove only if a larger planning needs.
The process of the complete delivery of our cooker unfortunately took 1 year, which is why we also asked for a price reduction. This price reduction was rejected because it was "so abstruse that (!) I don't want to comment on it". We should contact the manufacturer. In my opinion, the cause of the delay in delivery lies with the manufacturer, but the dealer takes the position to communicate between the manufacturer and the consumer, which is why, to my knowledge, the dealer cannot simply withdraw from the affair.
The staff who came to change poles were very friendly and helpful. However, since a managing director is the organ of management, I believe that one star is more than a gift.
Finally, I would like to suggest to the managing director that his letters (please BEFORE sending them off !!) be checked again by a German specialist. The spelling mistakes are so "abstruse that (!) I don't want to comment on them at all" to quote you.
We were very satisfied with the friendly and competent advice. The oven was built on time and with excellent quality.
Top specialty shop. We have purchased an oven including installation. I have to say, I have never had such top advice, friendliness and quality before and during assembly. Always my pleasure !!!
