Great work! I contacted Mr. Lehner about an estate. It was an apartment on the third floor of just under 100m² - full to the brim with household goods of all kinds. Appointments for assessment were (very much to my delight) possible at very short notice. Mr. Lehner took a close look at the apartment / household contents, and in the meantime advised me extensively in all matters from value adjustment to the end of clearing out (whereby he pointed out various points that I would not have thought of myself - for example, removing ceiling panels, etc.) . Finally, Mr. Lehner made me an offer (swept-clean apartment clearing with value equalization), which in all respects (price / service range / schedule) clearly overshadowed all offers made by other clearing out companies. The clearing out was carried out reliably and exactly according to the schedule set up by Mr. Lehner. I handed the apartment key to Mr. Lehner, and from that moment on I had no personal effort to clear out! I just had to wait for Mr. Lehner's call when it was finished - and this call came exactly on the day that was agreed at the beginning! Mr. Lehner handed me the apartment keys and showed me the really CLEAN cleared and thoroughly swept apartment. Various things found during clearing out (various keys, USB sticks, etc.) were neatly collected in a container, lamp connections were provided with raw sockets, and also the modem (which I accidentally did not remove before clearing out and had completely forgotten all of it) ), was cleanly prepared with all cables and documents for return to the provider. Finally, Mr. Lehner gave me tips on recording the current level and returning the apartment myself. In summary, I can only say: Mr. Lehner consistently delivered friendly, courteous, informative, uncomplicated, reliable, clean and highly professional service. He and his team did a great job, and I would like to recommend Mr. Lehner's services!
