Installer "Wernerfindig" (findenig.com,  +43 423262220), one of the worst companies I have contacted and got to know in my 35 years as a homeowner! A souped-up homepage with slogans such as: "Your professional installer", "Your strong partner in the field of alternative, ecological heating systems!", "Competence and experience since 1977", "... successful installation company with 12 employees, ..." In the beginning everything sounded great and I was even happy to have such a company in the area! But at the very beginning, "Mr. Werner Findig" personally made me wait a long time for the first appointment until he didn't show up. No call or apology either. He finally came on the second appointment, but also not at the agreed time, whereupon I had an appointment collision with an expert who was already present. It should be noted that even the expert present noted: "How unprofessional" Mr. Werner Findig "looks!" "Mr. Werner Findig" should install district heating in my house over 2 floors! I already had offers from 3 other companies and knew what to expect. When he finally showed up on February 18, 2020, he showed little professionalism. In contrast to the competition, it measured with a simple ruler and also very inaccurate (everyone else had an exact laser knife). Furthermore, he scanned all 20 rooms very superficially and wrote down in a layman's way with only simple sketches and approximate dimensions on a small notepad and "without room volume". This amazed me because everyone else was very precise and even calculated the volume of the room to determine the exact radiator sizes (as I said with precise laser technology). When he left I had the impression that my larger order of around € 20,000 hardly interested him! He promised to report! But even after more than 2 weeks, “Hr. Werner Findig “nothing to hear! The other companies had already sent me an offer after 3-4 days! When I contacted the company myself on March 3rd, 2020, I let the secretary personally connect me to "Mr. Werner Findig". I put the phone on speaker and 2 of my friends overheard the following conversation! "Mr. Werner Findig ”initially said that he had not yet prepared the offer! When I pointed out that he wanted to contact me in 1 week at the latest, he avoided! He was very rude on the phone and didn't really want to talk to me! Then I asked him directly if he was interested in my heating installation at all? He hesitated a long time on the phone, then answered evasively: "Well, there are some holes to be made and who knows what else ..." I asked him again, since he hadn't given me an answer whether he was interested in a heating installation at all, since there were enough other companies to pull it off! After a long pause, he answered very hesitantly, indecisively and unkindly: "rather not ...!" It seemed to me and my listening friends that he didn't give any real reason and didn't want to speak to me at all! Thereupon I said to him that I would give him and his company not very good criticism in the media and the evaluation on the net! "Mr. Werner Findig ”replied almost defiantly:“ I don't care and don't care! ”And just hung up!
