I gave my father's wallet to the owner years ago to have it copied. He couldn't. Even more - I've been trying to get my old wallet back for years. Always only comforted ... later .. tomorrow ... blah Unfortunately, I had not asked for a receipt. I give it up now. It's lost anyway, only the 'boss' doesn't have the ... Confess color. Totally unprofessional and tens of hours that I have wasted doing business over and over again. Opening times are also incorrect. ONLY if the owner is just happy to unlock it .. otherwise not. Too bad I wanted to go to a small businessman in Villach instead of a larger company .. Was a BIG mistake !!!
