Passport photos taken (digital and printed) and bought with a USB stick. When I wanted to have the passport photos printed out again in another Hartlauer branch, it turned out that the passport photos on the USB were not usable (incorrect dimensions / cut-outs).

Particularly sympathetic employees and very good advice. Whether cell phone, cam or just a quick passport photo - I was always served very friendly and competently. Keep it up!

The staff were friendly and the sales area is clear and clean. No long waiting times and the price-performance ratio was also good.

Paid € 8.50 to bend a glasses frame. Service desert Austria! This has never happened to me before. It is your own fault who supports this rip-off!
