Products are flawless. However, I ordered a few shoes in the shop on November 15th, 2019 and asked me several times when they should be picked up. After the scheduled date (December 15th) I was put off twice, it comes the following week. Nobody has reported themselves and now (on January 10th, 20) I'm running out of patience.
