Looks very good, unfortunately, the delivery is not what was promised. After 2 years no cooling function, no response from emails to customer service and also not to reach by phone. Good nerves are needed here.

Nerve strength has paid off and a very hard-working lady has taken care of it. The device was picked up as part of the product assistance and repaired free of charge. This service was carried out despite the already expired 2 year warranty.

The ticket system is in the making - very good approach (a bit bumpy)
The procedure lasted from pickup to delivery a little over a month - August is simply vacation time in Italy
Therefore total 3 stars but surely potential, I would buy the device again
