Very nice hotel in European style. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel restaurant served me the best meal of my entire life with the best service of my entire life. Air conditioning has a setpoint no lower than 22°C (~72°) so be prepared for that. The staff provided fans on request. I will return here if I ever come back to Vienna.

Classic, beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms may be small but very functional. Bed didn't look like much but was so comfy. Best sleep in a hotel in a long time. Rooms have AC which makes it better. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Good commute to everywhere. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you have the breakfast included with your room as it was just amazing. Fresh bread, great tea selection and coffee. Eggs, sausage, bacon, huge variety of cheese and meats and anything else you could want. Even some breakfast sparkling wine. You can make mimosas for breakfast. WiFi works great. I can't overstate how much we enjoyed this hotel.

Always live staying at this hotel. There has been a major renovation and installation of air conditioning system since we were here last. Great job. Even better now. And don't forget to frequent the in-house restaurant. Too notch and great service.

The location is very good. The reception desk staffs are friendly, and welcoming. The service staffs at the restaurant and during breakfast are helpful, and provided service with a smile! We got the room facing the courtyard which at time do hear the rumbling sounds of the trams. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is adequate lighting in the room. I totally recommend this hotel to all travelers for the values it offers.
