I do not recommend it to anyone, because the staff member is in dire need of my little son and is in dire need of a shoe insert.
For my wife, a wrist bandage with thumb closure was prescribed by the family doctor. At Sepin she was then given a Bort thumb orthosis (with splint). This costs € 51.60. The deductible of € 34.80 was collected and that was provisional. Sepin was then contacted by letter and then it was explained in the shop that a specialist prescription was necessary for this thumb orthosis. On the question of why not the prescribed bandage was done, they said that they are not in the assortment. We have waived a specialist visit and the remaining amount of € 16,80 for the non-matching thumb orthosis with e-banking. Sepin never again - no advice and no concessions and only fuss and expense.

Our son's splints were made incorrectly and incorrectly 8 times so that he suffered blisters and open wounds. He still has the scars. The company no longer receives an order from me and also no recommendation.
