I was very very disappointed. I ordered shoes that should be tailored to my foot and the corresponding insoles. Unfortunately the shoes were one size too big! When I wanted to exchange these, I was expelled, with the argument that I had tried the shoes before.

Extremely hospitable, tried hard and helpful! Was today 20.05.2020, 11am with my mother (70) in the branch in Villach. Two specialist women (one woman is training and a real sunshine) took excellent care of the team on the subject of shoes and insoles. The two sold outstandingly without being too much, but with competence. My mother and I are thrilled. This is how professional competence goes in sales! With heart and brain! Thank you so much!
