In July I visited the store in Millstatt to buy a new Dirndl, I came with certain ideas. I was very friendly, good and honest advice. Also ordering in a different size was not a problem at all. Only 1 week later I was able to pick up my dirndl and was still very satisfied. Thank you, dear Victoria! I'll be back! 👍🏻☺️

Dear team of "Fian fashions and costumes"! I am not only a big fan of costume fashion, but also and above all of traditional costume, which is found in specialty stores, as in yours. You, as a specialist in such a costume, are perfectly suited to advise your customers in the best possible way and hopefully honor them again as happy and enthusiastic buyers. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met with great disappointment. Unfortunately, friends, the dearest people in the world, were disappointed not only because of insufficient information about the late-on-time costume, but also because of the unfriendly, incompetent and inhuman behavior on the part of the owner towards my friends. Facts such as delivery delay, problems with shipping, or even wrongly delivered goods, are already very annoying anyway, but to a good and customer-oriented specialist shop, customer service is the top priority and must take place professionally and above all on time. This contribution is not only a concern to me, because I personally know the customers who made this experience, but also because I want to express my anger and especially incomprehension to this matter! Reviews serve not only to inform customers about the business culture and experiences of others, but also to the particular store that is learning through these posts and hopefully making it better for their future clientele! Responding to reviews should be responding, responding positively to disappointing and ultimately sad customers, as in this case, to the lack of appreciation. I hope that you will make it "better" in the future and see your customers as human beings and treat them accordingly, thank you!

Have already bought my 2nd Dirndl. Is very helpful and very friendly. Also the desired changes were made perfect. I can only recommend. If I need something again, my first way to traditional costumes is Fian.
