Shopped here for all my sons school stationery. The staff were easily identifiable by their special school helper high vis jackets and were super helpful. Couldn't have managed without them so thank you. Also like their range of other products, and the seasonal sections.

Bought a 59 euro printer here that didn't work went back with the receipt a week later and they wouldn't give me a refund but sent the printer off for repairs ! I asked for the money back on cartridges I bought and they gave me a voucher that I could only spend in one of their shops?! This must be the only EU country that behaves in this way. I was expecting a full cash refund as you would anywhere else. I leave Austria soon somewhat am I meant to do with the voucher ? Very poor show
