Drive extra from Feistritz / Dr. where I and my wife were hairdressers via Feldkirchen to Magdalensberg. I buy the gray cheese there with which I make Glundnen cheese. Cut the gray cheese into small pieces, 2 packs. Cut the butter into pieces, all in a bowl that does not burn easily, caraway seeds, salt and pepper, a little coarser and a large jar of maresi or cream. Heat everything until everything is nicely mixed. Cut open and freeze when cold. By the way, a very nice service and always friendly, always get the cheese that has been out of the way for a long time. They also have great meat products, great.
