ATTENTION!!!!! DO NOT BOOK !!!! NO HAND QUALITY !!!! Booked a room for a week here - both pledged and ONE DAY PREVIOUSLY TELLS BECAUSE IT FOUND THEMSELVES, THAT WILL REMAIN A FEW DAYS LONGER. A LIBERTY and an INFRASTRUCTION, especially because we would like to have stayed for 10 days, but they only for a week off, you shorten the holiday accordingly and then, because a family wants to stay longer 24h before canceled !!!
We (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby) spent a week in August 2016 in Podersdorf in one of these apartments (Haus Evelin).
For families with children, the apartment is not recommended: from the owner we were advised the diapers but please (not in the garbage bin of the house) to dispose. The play area with slide at the time of our stay in an insufficient condition and for small children not suitable.
Before we could barbecue in the garden, we had to clean even the wooden table of bird droppings, which is not reasonable in this form.
In addition, a wallet was stolen from us in the apartment, which we have reported to the local police.
The owner of the house has been characterized by unfriendliness and little hospitality. The e-mail communication before arrival was ok.
Positive was only the location of the apartment. In a few minutes walk to the beach.
This accommodation is not recommended due to our experiences.
