Older business, nice bosses, young staff, rather cramped rooms. Treatment in need of improvement: nail plate was treated with a milling machine until I try to stop it in pain. This could have been done without because the nail plate also has a protective function. The nail edges and the nail corners were dirty and too sharp, had to be refined at home. The cuticle was cut twice so extreme that I bled. Risk of infection! The pelvis for softening the cornea was difficult to reach for people with legs that were not so long, and the pelvic rim was almost painfully pressing into the calves, armchairs old and uncomfortable. In addition, the very sparingly let in water was lukewarm and cooled down until treatment. It took over 15 minutes to start the treatment. In the end, the feet were rubbed off with a type of file that was previously used by another customer. Nothing has been disinfected before and this is unprofessional. I can only hope that the previous customer had no infectious disease or athlete's foot. Finally, the feet were rubbed with a cream and that's it. The young employee wiped my feet only when asked and requested. Apparently I should have done that myself, but I'm a customer. I was immediately offered another appointment, which I initially refused, however, whereupon I was asked for my phone number. asked. As an explanation: if something did not work with an appointment and they had to reach me. The best thing was that I was on a tel. Date fixing the employee who had looked after me should demand - so her words. It sounded like indirect paternalism. I think another appointment would only make sense if the staff undergo thorough post-training. Because hygiene, precise work, shorter waiting times for fixed appointments and a little reluctance would certainly be appropriate. Nevertheless, everyone should form their own opinion. I wish the owners and staff all the best for the future.

I can only recommend this studio. As a diabetic with countless illnesses, I am a rather difficult "patient" for foot care. But wife Svoboda and her coworkers have no problems with me. They are polite, cheerful, and extremely competent. A visit to this salon is an experience.
