Well ... I had my Kuga there for 4 years / 80,000km service. The first contact was very nice and the car was finished as discussed. What annoys me is that I previously informed myself about the costs and instead of the announced approx. 450 € (+/- 10-20 €) it became 120 € more expensive for no apparent reason and without any additional effort. There was no explanation on the part of MVC ... What do you inquire about beforehand if you get a completely different bill anyway? It's a shame, but it doesn't bind customers ...
