Although my first impression was not so good, I was able to help quickly and competently. In the event of a problem, you should contact a technician or have someone call you back. This speeds up problem solving.

With friendliness, you don't get very far with the support. Either you are ignored or you don't get enough information. Most of the time it is the case that one is ignored. But if this company can afford it, then it should be so :)
