I've been a customer there for many years. I've always been very happy with the performance. The last few times, however, have been a disaster. Last time my hair was cut personally by the boss and it was horrible. My hair would be cut way too short and not straight, even though I showed a photo. It had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, I no longer trust me to be a customer there.
