I called/get in touch with every balloon shop in Wien. I am not an easy customer. I must be honest, i think that they're the best. Firstly, prices is the cheapest one agains to other shops. Secondly, i could find variously delivery choices which is still cheap. Thirdly, website is professional and you can see all kind of balloons/stocks and you can order. (Just one think I want to say about it. They should add a button on website for filling balloons with helium and it makes easier to pick helium filled balloons and pay for helium cost) Lastly, They are the only shop which accepts paypal. It was so important for me! PS: If you have hurry, you should order early hours. So if i do another balloon order, i am going to choose them.

I have to say that such a business is rarely found today. Top service and top advice, I ordered a balloon and unfortunately overlooked that it is closed this week, I was called that I can still pick up the goods, something like that is just great and a 1A customer service! We will definitely be back, even if company celebrations are allowed again next year, we will get an offer for the decoration.

I discovered this business during lockdown because I needed balloon gas for my daughter's 25th birthday. At home I wanted to inflate the balloons, but unfortunately the bottle was almost empty. The next day I brought the bottle back and was treated like a scam by the younger employee / owner. It would never have happened in 6 years that they would have sold an almost empty bottle (at least € 88.00). After I showed him the photos of 4 normal balloons and a half-inflated 5 (which I also bought in the store), he explained to me, really cheeky, that I had not photographed all the balloons. The older employee at least looked at the bottle, but of course couldn't find anything. After 15 minutes of discussion, I got € 50 back. I have never been treated so arrogantly before. The store will never see me again. How should I be able to check whether and how much gas is in such a bottle. But paying € 38.00 for 4 normal balloons and half a 5-pack is extremely overpriced. There should be 30 normal ones.
