I ordered a Sony TV here to support the local dealers and not to order everything from the big A. Order was processed quickly and I had the TV with me a few days later. The display cracked when unpacking. At the time of delivery, however, there was no damage to the packaging to be seen. I then reported directly to service. There it was said that it was my fault and that I had to open the packaging directly to check whether everything fits. According to the Chamber of Labor, this is not correct and I have a warranty claim. Mr. Koller (usually I don't mention any names, but this man has to be addressed) then asked me to write an email stating that the packaging had already arrived defective, which was not the case. So I should be lying! I then sent photos and emails by around. Mr. KOller just didn't want to communicate and said it looks bad and I would have to pay for the whole thing financially, which is absolutely incorrect. After 5 emails that were all not answered, 10 calls that were partially ignored, after a long time I got my amount refunded. NOW comes the exciting: I then ordered the same model again from another online dealer and lo and behold. There were 3 more things in the box that I didn't have before. Here I was sent a defective TV, not originally packed! (now had the direct comparison) In customer service, Mr. Koller is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with, absolutely unsuitable. In general, due to this negative experience, I can only advise against using the shop.

I ordered the Denon DRA800 receiver for a new price of € 600. A used device or exhibit was delivered. The box was taped shut with brown Tixo, the styrofoam inside was broken, the accessories were also wrinkled and re-taped. My emails for comments were ignored because I expect at least a nightly discount. But that this machination is not an isolated case, another review also shows. I advise against this dealer!

Mega-friendly and perfect customer orientation. It couldn't be better. The goods were reserved yesterday and picked up today. Top technology at a top price, thank you and 5 stars for it.

I have seldom encountered such a dedicated and capable store manager! Always friendly and ready to provide information and competent with every request, so that it was not difficult for us to place a larger order. One can only congratulate Köck on such an employee! The Eibel family
