My husband had his watch's battery replaced here. The exchange was apparently carried out by an inexperienced woman under the supervision of a watchmaker. After that, the watch had an error. Therefore, we submitted it again with the request to investigate whether there was something wrong with the battery change. We were told they would call us. After not being called for more than a week, I went to the store to ask for the clock. There I was told very briskly and unkindly that my husband would have been called and spoken to anyway. Even when I said it couldn't be because my husband had asked me to go to the shop a few minutes earlier, they wanted to know better. Only when it came out that I was mistaken for someone was something rowed back. The error was blamed on the clockwork, which is said to be old. Funny thing that the watch never had this error before. Of course, we cannot prove anything, but it would be a great coincidence that the movement suddenly develops an error after changing the battery. We will no longer enter this business and would not recommend it to anyone else.
