Kaschmirmantel zum Putzen gebracht, danach war er um 3 Kleidergrößen eingegangen. Schaden 800 Euro bis dato wurde der Schaden finanziell NICHT abgegolten obwohl es eine Versicherung geben muss für solche Fälle. Ich werde diese Putzerei nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Wer bezahlt den Schaden in Höhe von 800 Euro? Als Entschuldigung nur Schulterzucken. Nachtrag : Eine Kulanzlösung der Kundin würde vom Inhaber brüsk zurück gewiesen. Somit bleibt der Dame nur mehr der Weg zum Gericht. Traurig

Bad experience: I had six suits cleaned (price: 116 €). After a week smacking and getting back with a stain in dress pants (which was not there before). The suits are not wearable the way they came back. Disappointing.

Have a Sembella neck pillow cleaned and trusted that professionals who have decades of experience in the business know what they're doing. At the time of delivery we discussed in detail whether & how the cleaning would be best (the advice of the senior boss was even called in by phone); in the end it was said, yes, we can / do that. Today I wanted to pick up my pillow, but unfortunately it broke inside into several foam parts ... :( It is already clear to me that as a customer one bears the risk somewhere (surely it is in the terms and conditions); but when I asked, "Well ok, the (not exactly cheap) pillow is now gone - but the cleaning is still payable? "a" Yes, we finally cleaned it! "is - well ... Here I would have a solution - in the sense of (Good) customer service '- hoping! A voucher for the (unsuccessful) service - for example. That doesn't hurt them and as a customer you at least leave the business with a slightly better feeling. But so? Apparently they have enough customers left me pretty in the rain. 2 stars only for the (promising) efforts in advance.
