Changed out a broken boiler for us, we were at the time very happy due to their reaction time and promise to change the boiler on the same day. However they neglected to tell us that the exhaust/chimney would also need to be updated to meet legal requirements and that they should have had a report from a chimney sweep before beginning work. This resulted in the chimney sweeps coming by and shutting off our heat and warm water a week after HSD had improperly installed the boiler. Also: - They installed it with a leaking pipe - They brought in an external electrician who failed to correctly install the thermostat and then conned us into paying 700EUR extra to have a couple of fuses changed which he claimed were unsafe (altogether about 20 mins work and 50EUR worth of materials) - They left a hole drilled in the old exhaust pipe from our old boiler which they bodged onto the new boiler (unsafe and illegal) - They refused to accept any responsibility for the aftermath of their installation - They overcharged us and only accepted cash, also provided no receipt. I sincerely regret ever having dealt with this company. Avoid like the plague!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Also be aware of all the false 5-star reviews on this page. Similar sounding names, (Daki/Daci etc) Stefanovic also happens to be the surname of the owners of the business. All exactly 2 weeks ago after a customer left a 1 star review 3 weeks ago. Very suspicious... Weitere Folgen der fehlerhaften Installation: Nachdem die von HSD-installierte Therme vom Rauchfangkehrer aufgrund von Sicherheitsmängel gesperrt wurde, folgten noch weitere böse Überraschungen. Ein (eigentlich bereits von HSD abgedichtetes) Rohr, tropfte an 2 Stellen. Folge: nasser Boden, nasse Wände, unschöne Flecken, weitere Kosten, um dies zu beheben. Weitere Mängel: verkehrter Anschluss der Rücklaufventile und unsicherer Anschluss der Gas-Zufuhr (!). Für die Therme wurden keine Dokumente ausgestellt, bei Wiener Netze nicht angemeldet, weitere Kosten für uns. Alles in allem - Eine andauernde Katastrophe seit 3 Monaten.

Had called the company as an emergency response about water damage. Then after an hour you found a wrong cause and asked for € 570 in cash. You have clearly taken advantage of my need and uncertainty! I only received a promised invoice later at my urging! Can only advise against this "company"!

I can only recommend the company Realistic prices and very correct is the company
