I reached Mr. Sprincla on a Sunday when I was on vacation and my daughter called desperately that our thermal baths had failed and it had become very cold. He sent me a member of staff as quickly as possible to top up the pressure at the thermal baths, that was a rescue in an emergency. I had an acute incident before where he had exchanged a pump for me on a Sunday, so every time he reacted super quickly and with the best professional competence and quality. In addition, super-friendly, you are in good hands!
Have already had the company perform service and repair work on the heating system several times and have always been very satisfied with the work.
We are impressed by the customer service for acute problems - that is really great! Super fast, uncomplicated help with problems with the heating system (even on Saturday!) From very friendly and competent technicians.

Work (remove constipation ....) ok in itself. However, I was told the invoice would go to the property manager (it was written on the confirmation form that I signed ...). 3 days later I have an invoice in my hands ... Payment term: Immediately ... Find that highly incorrect!
